Cancellation Window

At FUSION PERFUMES, we understand that plans change. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided you have a valid reason for cancellation.

Refund Processing

Bank Processing Time

Return Window

You may return your FUSION PERFUMES product within 7 days of delivery, provided you have a valid reason and the product meets our return conditions.

Valid Return Reasons

• Product damaged during shipping
• Wrong product received
• Defective or faulty product

Return Fees

Standard Returns: A return processing fee of ₹100 applies for customer preference returns.

Damaged/Defective Items: No return fee (₹0) if you provide photographic proof of damage or defect.

Refund After Return
